Welcome to our lodging situated in La Sarthe between Le Mans and Alençon. You will enjoy this small charming country place, its quietness, its space, and all the different sorts of activities, trips ans visits possible in the area : Alpes Mancelles, Le Mans, Fresnay sur Sarthe, Alençon, museums, hiking, horse riding, fishing.....
Next to the motorway, this lodging is easily accessible by the main road. You can rent it for you feasts, weddings, week ends, family gatherings or simply to visit La Sarthe.
In the park, (2000 square metres), with its large barbecue, its wooden house for children, its two bowling alleys, as well as its armchairs carved out of old tree stocks, you will spend a happy time with your family or your friends.
Inside, the kitchen, the bathroom, the dining room and lounge, and the bedrooms are well equipped and decorated in a comfortable rustic style with two fire places.

The park :
- Totally enclosed, the two thousand square metre park planted with trees, includes two bowling alleys, a large barbecue, and armchairs carved out of stocks and a chalet for children (next to the parents) with toys and games.
The house :
- The kitchen is equipped with a large gas cooker, a dishwasher, a micro wave oven, an electric coffee pot and all the utensils needed for cooking or serving meals, a large table and a beautiful fire place.
- The dining room with another fire place (closed, insert), another large table and a place for the lounge with a small table and a TV set.
- Room 1 , with a double bed, a bed-stead in a rustic style and a cupboard.
- Room 2 , on the ground floor, with a double bed, two single beds, a bed for a baby and cupboard.
- Room 3 , on the first floor, in the mezzanine with a double bed and a cupboard.
- The bathroom, with a bath, a shower cabin, a washing machine and a clothes-dryer.
we also offer some entertainment during your stay, if you wish. our suggestions.
- Trips ans visits in the area (North of La Sarthe), on demand, we can propose a classic car (see conditions and booking)
